Happy New Year! By now most of us are back at work and probably some of you (like me) had too great a vacation and now my clothes are a bit tighter than usual. But that doesn't matter, our vacation was AMAZING! Cape Town was HOT and WINDY and EXPENSIVE, but I'm glad we went. Now it's back to the grind :)

Today's email is just a short summary of what's going on! The next one will have a bunch more content for me to ramble on about.

I am currently working on creating a FREE 30-Day Preparation Workbook for a 7-day OMAD (One Meal A Day) Low Carb Challenge I want to create. The workbook will help you to prepare to take part in the OMAD challenge. The challenge will NOT be easy, and that is why you will need the workbook! This will be a paid event, BUT there will be a prize at the end for the winner. I just need to work out the details first! The challenge is going to be open WORLDWIDE! If you're interested or have any ideas - please reply to this email!

All my other digital products are available on my Etsy shop. If there is something that you might like that is not available there, please let me know and I will create it. I'm always looking for new ideas.

New Product Alert

I am in the process of throwing together this lip balm! The flavour is ACTUALLY going to be condensed milk - can you even imagine? Kondensmelk Lippies (Condensed Milk Lips) will hit the market (hopefully) by the end of February. I will let you know the launch date in the next newsletter.

The lip balm will come in a 15g aluminium tin and will cost R45.00 (VAT incl.). If you're a business and you want to sell these in your store, you can contact me for the wholesale price.
