I have one week left of work and then it's the HOLIDAYS!!! Are you as excited as I am?? Below is an update on everything I'm busy with at the moment. Please let me know if you have any feedback!

E-books

I'm still working on my fasting e-book, documenting what I'm eating, what supplements I'm taking, the exercises I'm doing, etc. I was well on track and then I got sick. I'm still feeling a little under the weather, but I've started fasting again, not quite running as much as I was before I got sick, but I'll get there again! I'm doing the 23:1 fast and it's really not that hard. Yes, sometimes I do crave chocolate, and you know what I do then? I wait until it's my feeding window (12pm-1pm) and then I EAT that chocolate! I make sure that I eat healthy and nutritious food as well, because your body needs good fuel to keep you going for the 23 hours that you're not eating. If you're also doing fasting, send me your tips for what works for you and I'll reference you in my book! I've lost 3.8 kg so far, but I'm hoping to lose 18 kg more. Just remember that your weight loss journey is a MARATHON, not a RACE, so you will need patience to get you there in the end.

Gardening

For my birthday this year, The Boyfriend bought me a phalaenopsis orchid. I know nothing about orchids, but it's very beautiful and like all beautiful things I had to have it! I've watched a few orchid videos in my time and from the little that I know I could tell that my orchid's roots weren't very happy. There are a few Sandalwood scented soaps left, and the Lavender essential oil soaps were made on the 15th of November, so they will be ready and on sale by the 13th of December! You can check them out here.

New Product Alert

I am in the process of developing fragranced body oil. It will consist of Capric Caprylic Triglycerides oil, which is a type of fractionated coconut oil and fragrance oils, so it is safe to use on your entire body and probably also as a hair oil, to tame those fly away curls. This will also make a great beard oil (with fragrance oils like Sandalwood), I just need to convince The Boyfriend to grow a beard again so I can test it! I showed my Rose Petal Body Oil to a friend of mine and she loved it so much she stole my one and only bottle! I think she likes it :)

I am still in the testing phase, but I will make sure to have this product available on KathuKat.com as early as possible next year. It will be sold in 100 ml spritzer bottles for you to spray the oil onto your skin. For the first batch there will only be 10 bottles available of the Rose Petal Body Oil, so if you want to make sure you're definitely getting one, you can send me an email to info@kathukat.com to preorder a bottle and I will send you an invoice. The first 10 people to order and pay will get their body oil as soon as they are available. If you're not in Kathu, please also send me your shipping address for the invoice. They will be R100 per 100 ml spritzer bottle.

His podcast is brilliant, but what's even more brilliant, is that his 80-something year old mother has now written her third book, and he is creating an audiobook of her reading her book and broadcasting it FOR FREE on his podcast.
